All units purchased from H3 Water System are covered by a comprehensive 75-day return policy. Depending on where you are using the unit, your unit will be custom-made. We offer a comprehensive 60-day return policy to our overseas customers (UK, Australia, and Canada).  Any issues with the filtration systems can be resolved by our technical support staff. There will be a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping costs when a unit is returned.

  • We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • When purchased wholesale, all sales are final. Our standard return policy still applies to items purchased at a reduced retail price.
  • PayPal financing is eligible for refunds according to our refund policy.
  • If the filters are unopened, they can be exchanged for new ones or store credit.
  • We do not accept returns on commercial whole-home water filtration systems, wholesale orders, or vending machines.
  • In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.
